Approval of Order
When we have received your order and 50% deposit (non-refundable) we will design your Personalised Album. When this is completed we will send you the proof of your Album either by email or by post, please check that all the information on the Album is correct and satisfactory. You will have seven days upon receipt to approve the design. Included with your proof there will be a form for you to confirm your order. This requires your signature to authorise that the contents are correct and for us to go ahead and complete your order.
Our Designs
Our Personalised Albums are handcrafted and individual there maybe variations in each design on multiple orders. We will endeavour to create them to your specifications.
Copyright
Personalised Albums designs are original designs and no attempt to use the designs or copy them should be made without prior written consent from Personalised Albums.
Price
When an order has been agreed and deposit received the price will not be changed. Personalised Albums do reserve the right to change the price of the Albums at any time.
Deposits and Payments
When you place your order we require a deposit of 50% (non-refundable) of the total price. When your Personalised Album has been completed you will be contacted so that you can pay the balance in full. When this is has been received and cleared your Personalised Albums will be sent to you. Payments are to be made payable and sent to Personalised Albums, 7 Brookmead, Southwick, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 9QJ or by Paypal to sales@personalisedalbums.co.uk
Refunds and Cancellations
'Personalised Albums' will only refund or exchange Albums that are faulty. We hope you won't want to but if you wish to cancel your order we will keep the 50% deposit (non-refundable) that you paid when you placed your order. If we have nearly completed or fully completed your Album 'Personalised Albums' reserve the right for the full payment to be collected.
Postage
Your Personalised Album will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. The Package can then be tracked via the Royal Mail and are insured in the event of any loss. Personalised Albums do not hold any responsibility for any loss or damage that is made in transit. All Personalised Albums are posted in good faith.
Additional Information/Safety
Our Personalised Albums are not suitable for small children and may be a choking hazard due to the small parts that are used in making process. We reserve the right to use as much or as little of the information given as we see fit to make your Personalised Album unique to you.
